Transportation

Please note that any and all transportation and parking is the responsibility of the registrant.

Cancellations

Notification of cancellation must be received in writing. Cancellations before August 27, 2012 are 50% refundable. No refunds or credits will be given for cancellations received after August 27, 2012.

Substitutions

Substitutions will be accepted only with written authorization from original registrant of paid delegate.

Release of Liability

The Angiogenesis Foundation does not accept responsibility for nonrefundable, nontransferable airfare, hotel accommodations or other costs incurred by registrants (delegates, speakers, sponsors, and guests) under any circumstance (including cancellation of the conference for any reason).

Subject to Change

The Angiogenesis Foundation reserves the right to modify the activity content, faculty, and events without notice, and reserves the right to cancel the program if necessary.

Press/Media

Press permission must be obtained prior to the event. The press may not quote speakers or delegates unless they have obtained their approval in writing.

The Angiogenesis Foundation is an objective third-party nonprofit organization. This conference is not associated with any commercial meeting company.
