Industry rate applies to industry, pharmaceutical, biotech, and financial institutions.

Clinical/Academic rate applies to full-time employees of government, universities and university-affiliated hospitals, such as faculty and post-doctorate fellows. Clinicians are eligible for the academic rate.

Student rate applies to graduate students or residents who must have a letter from their department chair documenting their status, and student identification.
