Michelle Hutnik, D.Sc.
Medical Science Team Leader
Dr. Michelle Hutnik is responsible for tracking, analyzing, and presenting the science, clinical, and business related news of the angiogenesis field. She helms the Foundation’s Knowledge Management Division. Her strategic information and critical, competitive analysis shapes the selection and development of the Foundation’s programs. Michelle did her post-doctoral studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and has performed business analysis and market research for ArQule Inc. and Epix Pharmaceuticals. She has co-authored two book chapters and a review on angiogenesis, and has received a number of scientific awards and fellowships. Michelle holds a Doctor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and serves on the advisory board of Semantx Life Sciences.
