Call Center

Even in today's automated world, cancer patients have an important need to speak with a live person. More than 1,000 patients or family members have called the Angiogenesis Foundation seeking information about antiangiogenic drugs for a specific cancer. The Foundation's call center provides callers with specialized information, including an explanation of angiogenesis in cancer and information on antiangiogenic therapies and clinical trials in the patient's specific cancer type.

Our Objectivity

Because the Foundation is a non-profit organization, we work in the public's interest as an unbiased source of angiogenesis information. We are funded through charitable donations and grant s, and do not have a financial interest in any company's stock or drug.

Our Expertise

The founding directors of the Angiogenesis Foundation have a combined 30 years of experience in angiogenesis science and medicine research, and come from leading universities and medical centers in the US and Europe. In addition to patients, our Directors educate scientists, drug companies, physicians, the media, and government through programs and outreach.
